Ibragim Magomedovich Palankoev is a PhD in Technical Sciences, a researcher and inventor in the field of mining engineering and underground construction technologies. He was born on July 30, 1970, in Vladikavkaz, Republic of North Ossetia–Alania, Russia. He is married and is the father of ten children. Education He graduated from four higher education institutions, three of which he completed with honors. Since 2025, he has been serving as Technical Advisor to Aeternum Inc. He has presented research reports at numerous international scientific and practical conferences, including: “Miner’s Week” International Conference (2011–2014) International Workshop on Building Sustainability and Building Security (2014) International scientific conference in Bulgaria (2014) He also serves as Chairman of the State Examination Commission at Moscow Polytechnic University.
